Another month is almost done, which means it's time to check out some of the latest updates our fantastic in-house product team has been working on recently.

We are very excited to share news of the release of our new Admin Dashboard homepage!

It’s designed to give you an easily accessible overview of recent activity on your account - including key data points, and the latest FAQ and content posts, as well as highlighting actions you need to take relating to safeguarding or inactive ambassadors.

We hope you love it - do let us know what you think either by replying to this email or sending us a message via the customer support chat in your dashboard.

New! ‘Unanswered messages’ filter

A small change but a useful one - we now have a filter in the Chat > Messaging area for you to see conversations that have not been replied to by your ambassadors.

This will make it easier for you to have an overview of any ambassadors you may need to follow up with and ensure that no message goes unanswered!

We have reviewed and updated our default content schedule requests to make them less frequent and more broadly relevant to as many customers as possible.

Remember that you don’t have to use these default requests and we encourage you to customise this schedule according to what is best for your institution! On that note, we have also slightly increased the character limit so you have a bit more space to write your own requests.
