Say hello to our two new customer success managers!
As our list of partners continues to grow, we’re very happy to welcome two new colleagues to the TAP family - Irina Munoz and Tom Dunlop.
Irina and Tom both join us as new customer success managers, and we couldn’t be happier to have them with us!
Irina started with our UK team earlier this month and immediately hit the ground running. She’s just moved back to the UK after three years in Australia, where she worked as an International Enrolment Support Officer at Torrens University and as an Account Manager with Crimson Education and FareHarbor.
Before her time in Australia, Irina spent a year as a Student Advisor and ESL teacher in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in Vietnam and has also studied at universities in England, the United States and her native Spain.
Tom is the first member of team TAP to be based Down Under, and is the new customer success manager for our partners in Australia and New Zealand.
He spent the last five and a half years at Navitas - one of the world’s largest education providers - working in China with a responsibility for student recruitment across Canada and North America.
He also has experience as a Marketing and Communications Officer at the University of Queensland, and as a Global Marketing Manager at TAFE NSW - our partners Down Under are going to be in very safe hands!
Welcome to both Tom and Irina. As soon as they’re both settled and have completed their inductions they’ll start working directly with our partners.
